   Abstract:
   Justicidin E, an arylnaphthalene lignan, has been identified as a potent inhibitor of leukotriene biosynthesis by human leukocytes (IC50 = 70 nM) and a non-redox inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase activity. © 1993.
