   Abstract:
   Three different methods of ordering a list of nine pairs of nonsense syllables to be learned were compared both when Ss were and were not told that their responses were correct or incorrect. The results showed that the method of presentation of material is unimportant but the effects due to the presentation of partial knowledge of results are equivocal. Providing information as to the correctness of each response early in learning is beneficial. © 1963 Academic Press Inc. All rights reserved.
